In 1989 Roelof and I bought our first Rhodesian Ridgeback and since that day we are a big fan of this beautifull breed. Our first 2 Rhodesian ridgebacks were brother and sister, Rex and Esra, from the samen litter and it took us some time to train them, but with patience and a lot of love these two became our friends for ever.
Esra was 6 years old when she died. Rex was a bit lonely so soon we thought of buying another ridgeback. So Ginger came in our house. Ginger was such a sweet puppy, she was friendly to everything and everyone around her. She was best puppy in puppytraining.

When Ginger went to Dog shows she wasn't the most beautifull ridgeback but she definitly was one of the friendliest in shows. That was one of the reasons that we decided to breed with her and her first puppy was Demba. Demba has the same temperament as her mother and she has the great looks of her father, African Reds Eros.
